'The Friends of Morrab' group was formed in 2003 by people with a special interest and love for this unique garden.

2008 was the first year that a Green Flag was awarded and this flew proudly on top of the new flagpole. The garden just missed a green flag in 2009 but was successful in 2010 and 2011.

 Friends pay an annual subscription of £10.00 which goes towards purchasing new plants and financing special projects.  They also hold an annual garden fete to showcase the gardens and raise additional friends and funds. 

Friends also volunteer to help in the gardens with jobs such as weeding, edging and clearing litter.  If you are able to help come and find Joe, the resident gardener, on a Monday or Thursday morning.
