Friends of Morrab Gardens

C O N S T I T U T I O N

AIMS

The group shall be called “The Friends of Morrab Gardens”.  Its aims shall be to support and enhance the Gardens.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership shall be £10.00 per annum with corporate membership of £25.00 per annum.

Members shall meet on the first Thursday of each month.

COMMITTEE AND OFFICERS

The committee should consist of no fewer than three members.  The committee shall be a Chairman, a Secretary and a Treasurer.

FINANCE

All monies received by the Friends from fund-raising, plant sales, events and donations will be held by the Friends of Morrab Gardens.  An AGM will be held each year in August.

DEMISE

Should the group be wound up, any assets shall be offered to Cornwall Council for the use of Morrab Gardens.
